Pre-dewatering:

Primary drying:

Slurry Entry
Pellet-water slurry from the pelletizer enters the dryer either horizontally or vertically.Primary Water Removal (1)
Gravity separates up to 95% of the process water.Pellet Transport & Separation (2–3)
The spinning rotor with inclined blades drives pellets upward in a spiral.
Adhering water is expelled through the cylindrical screen.Reverse Airflow & Negative Pressure (4–5)
Reverse airflow generates negative pressure at the pellet outlet.
This allows pellets to exit while retaining moisture inside the dryer.Water Recirculation (6)
Collected water is returned to the process loop.Result

The dryer separates water from polymer pellets after cutting, using centrifugal force and airflow, ensuring pellets are dried efficiently with low residual moisture.
