A family-run business, based on Nicety Machinery Co., Ltd since 2005.

I work as a consultant for material mixing and centralized feeding systems in the plastics compounding processing industry.

My daily work focuses on helping plastics processors design stable, efficient, and scalable mixing and feeding solutions for compounding, modification, and recycling applications. I spend most of my time analyzing material behavior, process stability, and equipment matching, rather than just selling machines.

I started my career on the factory floor, where I learned how small problems in mixing, dosing, and material flow can grow into serious quality and cost issues. This hands-on experience shaped the way I think about process design. I always start from real production conditions, not theoretical ideals.

Today, I share practical insights based on real projects, real mistakes, and real improvements. My goal is simple: help processors make better decisions, reduce trial and error, and build production lines that are stable, energy-efficient, and easier to manage.
